Singer-songwriter and guitarist Dan Kelly played in bands, Rude Awakening and Utterly Sputter as well as studying music at York University.
Steve Kelly wrote, played guitar and sang with Rude Awakening and other music projects around Toronto. Steve's vibrant paintings also appear on the CD cover.
On drums, Jocelyn Grills made her mark on the Toronto music scene with The Heretics and Utterly Sputter while studying jazz drumming with Jim
Blackley. Jocelyn now lives in the Peterborough area where she played with Jarmo Jalava and Y2Kajun and now plays with groups, Brookside and Quarterline.
Playing bass guitar, stand-up bass, mandolin and backing vocals, Brenden Cavin appeared with the outfit the Plastercine Replicas. Most recently, he was the
bass player in the Dora nominated musical play, Hank Williams: The Show He Never Gave.
Using an assortment of percussion instruments, Rod Cohen also played in the
Plastercine Replicas and Utterly Sputter and studied conga with Rick Lazar.
Into the Water was recorded, mixed and mastered in Toronto at Studio 92 by Norm Barker and keyboardist Richard Uglow, who contributed his piano and
organ sounds to the CD.
Richard currently is recording and performing in a variety of jazz and r&b projects around Toronto.
